I’m an artist, designer and illustrator living in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada (Chief Drygeese Territory). I’m originally from the west coast of Canada, and formally trained in fine arts and graphic design at the University of Texas Pan-American from 2003-2006. I’ve spent the last 15 years working in marketing and communications as a designer, art director and more recently as a communications generalist with a focus on digital platforms and public engagement.
I spend most of my free time making things. I’m currently experimenting with a body of work called Vinterskap, and exploring small scale weaving and ceramics projects. I like to keep my hands busy, and without sounding too pretentious, find a lot of emotional clarity and honesty through my artwork.
